I was in charge of the side which was an asian slaw and hubby was in charge of the shrimp. The shrimp was wrapped in phylo dough , dusted with crushed pistachios and baked for about 20 min. The shrimp was served with a thai chilli dipping sauce. This was a new recipe for us and I have to say it was quite simple. My hubby picked out the recipe from Sheryl Crows new cook book If it makes you healthy. There are some fabulous recipes in this book and they are not over complicated which I love, nice and simple the way cooking should be. |
