Raise up your glasses today and celebrate the Summer Solstice , my hubby and I are going to have dinner al fresco and toast the summer solstice by the fire what a great day it is today. Get outside and enjoy your special space where ever it may be. Pour yourself a glass of your favorite summer white, kick of your shoes put on some jazz and just breathe, I think summer is finally here!!!

Hi there! In just another example to the *big-ness* of the internet..I found myself longing for the beach...my Lake Michigan beachs. Long story short...my working online wandered two hours later through several *beachy* blog sites and here I am.
So cool to run upon a fellow beach lovers blog right in my back yard. I live in Niles, Michigan. Moved here two years ago from Union Pier, Michigan.
Was just in New Buffalo last night and was feeling so lonely and missing *home*.
Good to connect w/ one who truly understands the attraction/connection.
